Conference Facilities
A boutique conference centre with disabled access and bathroom facilities is available for hire subject to acceptance of the Hire Terms and Conditions.
This facility of approx. 70 square metres has optional kitchen and catering facilities, can accommodate up to 24 participants. It has a slow combustion heater with overhead fans and reverse cycle air-conditioning. Seating can be arranged to meet a variety of needs, theatre, cabaret, u-shape or board room styles.
An attractive undercover outdoor area and additional space for small group discussions may be arranged.
An HDMI 65 inch Mobile Interactive Whiteboard with computer, internet and USB compatibility is available for hire for $165 for a half day or $198 for a full day, or you may choose to bring your own projection equipment. Free wifi is included in the hire.
The Conference Centre can be hired for a half day (8.30am until 1pm; 1.30pm until 6pm), a full day (8.30am until 6pm) or for an evening (7pm until 9pm).
Costs are: $11 per participant for evening meetings; $22 per participant for half day conferences; and $33 per participant for full day conferences. These costs include continuous tea and coffee and basic morning/ afternoon tea/ supper. Lunch or an upgrade for morning and afternoon teas can be organised at cost for Full Day Conferences.
Accommodation for participants in the various cottages may be available at a special price on booking the conference facility.
